Has anyone ever lost/broken an NTL digital remote control and had to replace it? Presume there's none available in shops?

(BTW its the old (bigger) digi box if that makes a difference)

    Hi

I had a problem with mine in the past and got a replacement sent by NTL within a couple of days.

    Regards

We also got one of ours replaced by NTL for free. It wasn't broken, but much of the time it was used, the (quite old) TV itself did something random like changing channel or volume. They said it was the first time they had come across this.
