Help need to buy Socket 939 CPU in Dublin!

Hi all,

I ordered a 3700+ from overclockers in november and it arrived DOA. They are still processing RMA (2 weeks after they got it) so im cancelling payment, to hell with them.


However, that leaves me with me ace new rig without a CPU, I've tried itdirect, marx & peats. Only Itdirect have the chip im looking for and they want €343 for it which €130 more than I paid OC for it!!!

Can anyone recommend me a store in Dublin that I can walk into and buy a 939 chip for a decent price?

Honestly....you're probably better just getting it off komplett with their next day delivery if you're in a real rush.

Edit: I'd consider selling you my one (hardly used because no bb for the last 3 months)...but only for 250. Not trying to be opportunistic, just that it's worth that much to me so I wouldn't part with it for less.

With the extra money it would cost you to buy in Peats you could order from komplett.ie with DHL delivery.

yep have just done so. 260 delivered including DHL thank god for komplett thats all i can say. i forgot to tagg something else onto the order, ist ehre any way i can edit it??
