Tours in China for the Summer

    Hello,

My friend and I are planning on spending some time in China next Summer after we graduate from college. I was wondering if anybody knows of good tour companies who we could go on approximately a 2 week trip with, seeing all the best parts of China at a reasonable price? Preferably hitting places such as Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an and the Shaolin Monastery at Luoyang.

If anyone has any experience travelling around these areas and knows a good travel agent/tour company to go with, any information would be greatly appreciated. Also what your opinion of the region was would be interesting to hear :D

    Thanks :)

I booked a tour in Hong Kong to do a tour of the Beijing area about 2 years ago. There were tons of really good deals, for 5 days it was about HK$3000.(incl flights, meals, accomadations, entrance fees) You might want to narrow the places you want to see as China is quite large and seeing alot of places would be very rushed. I'd put my vote in for the Beijing area, loads to see and do.
