switching mortagage providers

    Hi
    I was wondering what documentation I need to change mortagage providers?
    I assume a P60, 3 months bank statements, just wondering what else?

    You'll need a mortgage statement from your existing provider and statements of any other loans if you have any (car loan etc). The standard ID and address verification documents will also be needed. Who are you moving to? My reason for asking is that depending on what bank it is, you might be able to avail of Title Insurance which covers the legal end of things for €999.
