MS Office tries to install something when I go to certain websites.

Recently I have found that when i go to certain websites MS Office launches and asks for the Offce 2000 CD to try and install something. These sites are usually ones where the MS IE pop-up blocker is blocking something with the little yellow bar at the top fo the screen.
This is a minor pain in the ass.
Anyone know what's happening and how to stop it?

You'd think so all right.
The first window that pops up says "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Standard. Gathering required information..."
    Then another window pops up
" The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removeable disk that is not available. Insert the Microsoft Office SR-1 Standard disk and click OK"
Here is teh URL of a site where this happens (FYI not p0rn at all ;) ):-

Can't look at that site as I'm in work, but I'd say its trying to install either fonts or a foreign language pack.

Cheers. Should installing either of those cause Office to fire up?
FYI - That's a US site to do with songs in guitar notation so its probably not a foreign language pack I would assume.
