My digibox died...puff of smoke and belly up so i sent it to a buddy to have a look. Buddy told me it was dead. I phoned sky and told them I wanted to cancel ....told them was box was dead. They said they would sent on an engineer for free and replace box if necessary. So I asked me buddy for my box back but he had sent it…

Yes they will. Not interested in the old one.

The guy that came here threw in a Quad LNB too (free) as I had used both my Dual LNB feeds for something else.

They make a lot of money from Pay TV so they can afford to be generous I suppose.
