Laser Pointers

Hey Guys,

What's the story with Laser Pointers? I thought they were banned in Ireland? Never saw them for sale here and then in the last month or two, 2 different shops in the city centre are selling them. It's the same brand being sold in both shops, so maybe someone isn't aware that they are illegal? Or has the ban been lifted?

I was just curious about this.

Their use was banned in schools, football grounds,etc.
Provided they meet EU spec. they're legal and available in numerous stores.

Ahh fair enough. Hmnn don't know why, I was just under the impression that they were banned. Fair enough- don't know where I got that idea from so.
