Not receiving sky1 on ntl digital...

hey was wondering if something is amiss...not getting sky1 on ntl didital...also lost basic analouge service too..just digital im getting now..!!!:mad:

happened to me aswell this evening. Took out the card gave it a wipe then put it back in then do a reboot(hold the up and down arrows and the power button for a few seconds). mines working fine now

still doesnt explain the basic package but as there is east european's in the house the tv might have been de tuned when i was away....:)

Did you get the basic stations back?
If not check the RF output lead from the stb(if you have the small stb)These can break due to a tight fit.
