Help/Advice required SKY + and Multiroom

Myself and my partner bought our new house in August - mid-terraced in North County Dublin
Got myself Sky installed and I'm paying for world package

No complaints but wanted to avail of the Sky + Multiroom €69 deal

Basically I have the standard box in the front room ( sky dish installed to the back of the house ) and want multiroom in the kitchen which is in the opposite end of the house
I really want to avoid running interanl cabling as I've already laid the floors and she would kill me if I did

How can I get hooked up in the kitchen with Multiroom without internal cabling

I have one pre wired TV point where I want the multiroom to go - would it be possible to run this through the attic and drop it down to that point and do I need an extra phone point as well

    Thanks in advance

All I want to do is watch the footie
