POTB and updating details

Hey, I know POTB is currently blocking new submits due to a spam issue, but is there a way to edit existing feed details? Basically I have a blog up there already, and would actually prefer to replace it than put a second one up beside it, is this possible?

I would also like to add my own blog to the list, but due to the afformentioned spam issue, I am unable to do this.

is there any idea as to when one will be able to submit to POTB?
