    Why would you care enough to take a chance that he isn't just a muppet with 29o? Of course it probably is a steal, but hardly value in the long term to call this without as Samba said having notes to say he is liable to do this.

    hard to know without any history...

    it doesn't "look" like anything other than a bluff but i've seen players make huge over bets like that with a monster hoping that the oppenent will think it's a bluff (he could have QsJs and hit the ejaculate button in his exitement)

    but then he might think that you know that and it could well be a bluff...
    or he didn't think anything like that at all and it is a bluff...
    and the nut no pair is the nut no pair after all....

    i've made worse calls....

    its a call for me every time
    no doubt about it with that monster hand,
    only another 1800 (which effectively puts u all in)
    but if u win ur 2nd chip leader;)

    btw what was the buy in? and i presume only one place paid?
