There are plenty of sites where you will find such stories.
Make a list of phrases and certain words and practice saying then out loud
until your comfortible using them.
Then try them out on your bf and see what ones he likes.

More than likely, though, you're just not used to saying these things out loud, so it's embarrassing and awkward. The advice about reading erotica to yourself is dead on. The idea is to become comfortable with saying "dirty" words and not feeling shy about it.
