Anyone else read about that Stephen Phelan scumbag who disembowelled people, held people at knifepoint, forced women to have sex with their flatmates etc. cut women with knives, during an orgy of violence? Then he gets only 9 years. Not much of a sentence is it? Total scumbag, the head on him.
