Is there anything particularly wrong with hanging a radiator on a partition wall?

We are doing some redesigning of a bedroom layout and want to move the radiator.

shouldnt be as long as you are fixing the brackets to studs...
might want to go mad and use 3 brackets, cant hurt.

    .

Just be careful, radiators are generally placed under windows to avoid convection currents. Heat flows from hot to cold, usually in a room, the window is the coldest part, so the warm air from the rad will flow towards it. If the rad is below the window, no problem, if the rad is across the room, you could end up with permanent draft across the room. Good double or triple glazing will reduce this.
