I got a dylan album,i wanna return it for something else but alas no receipt,what's their policy on this i googled but couldnt find anything relating to irish branches ?

they won't take an exchange if you don't have a reciept, thats thier policy anyways, but a couple of times they have done it for me. Give it a try but unless ye can smooth talk the young one behind the counter it looks like your stuck

Thanks,i have the wrapping with the sticker barcode on it so it might sway them
