I have to say personally cartaman has gotta be the funniest that fat lil barrell just cracks me up everytime, then i'd have to say either Peter or stewie , homer would be by number four without out a doubt , bender has had some laughs too tho .

As much as I love Stewie (and various others, like Reducto from Harvey Birdman) it is the Bender moments that come back to me time and time again and always make me laugh.

For example:
