Skype connecting issue

    At work there's a machine that won't connect to Skype while logged on as a certain user (that is a fairly restrictive user account)
    However when logged on as Admin Skype connects no problem.
    I can login as Admin on the local machine and i can login as Admin on the domain.
    No changes have been made to this user account nor to group/security policies and Skype used to work grand, just one day it stopped connecting.
    All's i've done so far is reinstalled Skype and confirmed that the problem must be the user account being logged into the machine.
    (I can r-click Skype and Run AS - > local or domain admin and Skype works)

    How would u find out what it wrong?
    TBH i'm not sure where to start looking.
