Any good photography blogs floating around, a site that also has a decent design (Not just a blogger standard template)?

so.. a blog that doesnt use a standard template? Depends what you'd define as a standard template really.. my site (http://blog.rymus.net) doesnt use a bog standard wordpress template, rather a hack of another template. I think that design is pretty decent in terms of being neat & relatively clean. Take a search around, have a look at photoblogs.org or google it.

In the interest of providing a useful answer, I added an "Irish Photo Blogs" section to my links page: http://inphotos.org/links/
Of course, lots of photos on my own photo blog at http://inphotos.org/ too!

    Donncha.

rymus: Nice site there, also like your documentary style, it's fresh and not that common these days with most photoblogers just capturing eye candy. I like the feature on Capitol Cineplex in Cork, some inside shots would also have been nice though. Photoblogs.org is good alright but so many prefer the standard one huge image per page, in my opinion it doesn't do any justice for the user's usability, thus design and layout equally as important as the pics themselves.

donncha: Delighted to see you've included my site (http://www.bhalpin.com) under 'Irish photo blogs', thanks man!

Don't know if you'd call my blog a photoblog, but I do post photos to it...

    blog:mbf

It's a hand-crafted template. I use bblog as blogging software.

Cheers. Yes indeed some inside shots would have been lovely but the bouncer on the door didn't really want to entertain me in that notion. I took what I could get in the circumstances
