    Hi,
Off to new york for the new year and I was wondering if anyone has used the New York Pass?

It seems to be good value . Offers free entry to good few places and discount in ahrd rock which we would deff use anyway.

So has anyone used this, or is it a scam?

    Their website is http://www.newyorkpass.com/

    Cheers

I dont know how much it costs to go into most of the attractions these days but just keep in mind that in 1 day you can't visit more than two or three attractions tops, its just not possible with all the queueing eg Ellis Island can take up to 3 hours or more, Empire State could take 2 hours. It all depends on the queues. The intrepid takes at least an hour to walk around unless you are not taking pictures etc.... without taking into consideration the time it takes to get there.

So while it might be good value, try to work out what you want to do each day and see where the attractions are in relation to each other and how long it will take to get there and how much it costs in etc.... That will give you a better idea of how much you will save by buying this.

Used this Summer 2004, was good but I only used about half of the vouchers, like the previous poster said time is the problem. We would have saved money on the places we visited.

    Enjoy NY :)
