2.5 stones = 35 pounds you shouldnt lose less than 2 pounds a week so thats 17 weeks =about 4months

you have to be eating properly or your body wont burn fat
your training 7 times a week for 1-2 hours?? this seems excessive and if your doing that much training why do you have 2.5 stones to loose?
how much protein/carbs/fats you getting a day? how manycalories you consuming? make a journal of your food consumption, find out your maintenance level of calories and eat less calories than this amount while training with cardio and weights

if the weight is mainly muscle you must look fantastic in which case don't worry about losing weight at all. muscle is heavier than fat so you may seem overweight according to the scales, but if you look lean and trim who cares?
