    sorry to hijack thread... but????

    can i connect a pc hd to this? or card reader? and watch my xvids that way? i cant imagine a dvd player having plug and play like windows??

    again, sorry for going off track... that pixmania thing looks worth a shot


    eeeekkkk.. plue 13euro for delivery... bit less of an impulse buy now.. time to shop around

    The Aldi one doesn't mention Divx/Xvid. I guess the Pixmania one picks up your USB device as a mass storage device and you can access whatever's on it.

    yeah... hopefully... they seem to hint at fat32 support on other sites..
    thats good enough for me... i guess..

    if it doesnt do what i want, it'll make a nice present for someone... but...

    I have the IISONIC one, and yes, its operates as you said. You just plug in your MP3 player, external hard disk, USB key etc. and it looks through it for pics, audio or video that it can play, then you you just select what you want to play as if browsing a CD/DVD with audio and vids.
