    Hi,

    anybody know when the next issue of the Irish Runner mag will be out.
    Their web site is so out of date it's not funny.

    Noel Berkeley has an interesting letter in it. Its titled 'High Mileage equals limited results'. Basically he believes in quality over quantity and many good runners are overtraining. (He mentions a couple of names, wonder if their happy about that?).
