audi coupe

    hello fellas

    just goin through e bay & came across this ,
    never seen or heard of one of these.
    must never have sold to many here , or did they .
    anyone ever had one ?
    seems to be goin for small money , under 1000 at the moment.

    I would guess that one for £1000 would need work.

    I've seen four of them in Ireland but I think they were all imports, I even worked on one of them. Nice looking car I always thought they had an Aston Martin look around the back or maybe its just me.:)

    Nah. Audi took more than a little 'inspiration' from the Aton Martin DBS for the back end..
    The Audi coupe is a lovely car. A neighbour up the road had one in the early eighties, and I always fancied it.

    ok i remember one being raced at a hot rod meeting in the mid 80s in
    waterford, it had a door number 29I,
    I also remember seeing one parked in Ballsbridge in the 90s along that
    road with all the trees, think its Morehampton road, not sure..........
