Well, it may or may not be obvious but I use the same name here as on Sin.

Sin has started the downward spiral for me. It was the first message board site I registered for and now I am registered on 6 sites - and this is my final year in college. oh how I am f**ked.

Paddy, I think the problem has become the definition of spam over on the SIN site. From what I can see, anything that's ever been discussed before gets locked, anything that even looks like a tangent gets locked, anything that doesn't amuse a mod or looks the slightest bit whimsical, gets locked etc.

Message boards will self-moderate to a certain degree. If it's a crap thread it'll die naturally. Moderators should only be stepping in when things get out of hand imho.

I retired my account a while back. It got to a stage where there were some people so trenchantly moronic, no amount of mocking could suffice.

And then there's those who keep on hanging around, years after any tenuous reason to use them had passed. Like an alumnus paedo hanging around the school gates in a trenchcoat.
