Have you any stories or unusual things that have happened you while out running?

I remember I was out running with my Raheny Shamrock team-mates a few years back along the seafront in Clontarf. There were 4 of us running along, enjoying a good old natter, when suddenly, my buddy John turns to me and says, wheres James? We stopped and looked back to see James on his back, straddling a lamp-post. The conversation was so good, he lost concentration, didn't see the pole and hit it at about 7min pace...ooch!!!! He was heavily winded, with a big bruise on his head, but apart from that he was fine. Ego was a bit damaged too!
