Im currently doing bench press (normal + wide grip) and military press along with front raises all in the same day. Now maybe im wrong but I would think the bench press + military press would be enough here and there would be little extra gain achieved by doing the front raises also - am i correct and should i drop the front raises ?

drop front raises benching and any overhead presses both work front deltoid so pointless doing isolation on them.add in lateral raises instead as the two excerises above dont hit outside deltoid to any great extent
