Recording on-screen actions

    Hi there.
Does anyone know if there's a way of visually recording what takes place on-screen without the use of an external device (like a camcorder). I need to email someone a tutorial for Access and I'd rather avoid having to write up a long word doc with screenshots ec.
    Thanks.

ScreenFlash .. it saves it to .swf and is easy to edit.
