Just looking for some suggestions of different music to listen to.. I love all my c.d's to bits but tend to stick to listening to the same favourites all the time... which at the moment are Sigur Ros, Mum, The Libertines, The Arcade Fire and A. and the Johnsons. I hate to leave them behind even for a little while but would welcome any suggestions from people with similar taste.. thanks!:)

Along the lines of Sigur Rós and Múm I recommend A Hawk and a Hacksaw, A Silver Mount Zion, Larsen and Low.

If you like Antony I really recommend Current 93. They are not easy to listen to vocal wise but if you like Antony you should like Current 93. Current 93's David Tibet was the guy who discovered Antony and released Antony's first album on his own label Durtro (later when Antony got too big for him he sent the rights over to Secretly Canadian where Antony is now). There's a live EP with three Antony songs and three Current 93 songs available called Live at St. Olave's which is pretty good. I suggest starting with the new Current 93 best of called Judas as Black Moth.

Ol' stadies you can't go wrong with:
Andrew Bird And The Mysterious Production Of Eggs
Sufjan Stevens - Come On Feel The Illinoise!
Elliott Smith - From A Basement On the Hill
    Elliott Smith - Figure 8
Tom Waits - Nighthawks At The Diner

Recent Acquisitions of mine that me likey:
    Nick Drake - Pink Moon
Modest Mouse - Moon And Antartica
Bright Eyes - I'm Wide Awake
Wolf Parade - Apologies To The Queen Mary
    Ray LaMontagne - Trouble

As for stuff already mentioned, I've been meaning to get 'Architecture'. I don't think there's anything there a million miles away from the stuff Senor OP mentioned.
