    myself and SBG northside coach andy ryan cornered 2 guys from SBG ireland and 3 guys from SBG Scotland in a XC3 in antrim...they all won :)

    arni the ice viking won by RNC 1min25secs rd1. totally dominated opponent but most impressive thing was that his entrance music was HIM rapping!! totally cool

    owen roddy by arm bar rd2

    scottish guys....

    james doolan arm bar rd1

    vandy schnape - worked his bigger and much more experienced opponent into the ground with a frantic pace that left him unable to answer the bell for rd2

    gary christie won the HW title in a tough battle by triangle in rd3

    roll on dec 17th:D
