2 questions about buying and protein drinks.

Can anyone recommend a water soluble protein drink. I need to take it in the gym in work, and have heard that milk soluble one are not stable for lenghty periods of time?

Is their an online US supplier of fitness suppliments, that ship to Ireland? UK and Ireland sites are far to expensive and they don't offer a wide range of products.

Most of them are water soluble including the shakes at the moment im taking Nectar Why isolate, which i hear goes unstable if left mixed for too long,
what you could do is bring it in seperately and mix it when its needed

One protein i would recommend ( if you cant buy off the internet ) is Pro X Whey protein. Id say alot of people here use their own personal type of protein but my recommendation from my protein is Pro X and im seeing results using it along with a good diet and training program.

    Good luck

You dont necessarily have to order on-line. Try going into Workout World on the Quays (Bachelors walk, near O' Connell Bridge). They have pretty much everything in terms of supplements there, and will be able to answer your questions on water solubility. Also, I hear theres a health store on Caple Street thats doing good deals on protein powder.
