    Hi,

I bought an Inspiron 6000 recently with 128MB shared graphics (yeah!, crappy I know). I really want to get my hands on GTA San Andreas (& play on this laptop). The min graphics are spec'ed at 64MB (GeForce3 or better).

Will my graphics memory be capable of running this game?

    Ta

well gta isnt that too demanding on graphics, i have it myself, my mate runs it on his lappy an hes got a 64MB card and it runs grand. theres only one way to test it out, if ur mate has a copy if it or something.....

Are you sure it's shared - I thought they came with an X300 with dedicated?

It'll probably run, but not well..

Nope. The X300 is an optional component. I'm not gamer but I've played NFS2 without any difficulty on my 6000. Maybe you could download a playable demo to see how it runs?
