My 7 year old has several of them on his feet. I am told there is no treatment, it is the bodys reaction to a change in temperature. He always wears socks at home, is never bearfoot. I have put Nelsons crean on them but it only works in the short term. I have been told that if you urinate on them it helps, at this stage, he is crying with the pain, I would welcome any ideas, including old wives tales.
    Thanks
