Having seen some of the WSOP main event episodes I really didn't rate this guy at all but from watching Ivey, Raymer and lots of other players make glaring mistakes it seems obvious now that fatigue played a major part in the wacky play in the closing stages of the main event.

Today is the final table of the $10,000 "circuit" event and Hachem is chip leader. Fair play to him.

    1. Joe Hachem - $285,000 (seat 3)
    2. Kido Pham - $254,500 (seat 2)
    3. Doug Lee - $189,000 (seat 7)
    4. Steven Hudak - $145,000 (seat 5)
    5. John Smith - $144,000 (seat 1)
    6. Lee Watkinson - $128,500 (seat 4)
    7. J.C. Tran - $97,500 (seat 8)
    8. Scotty Nguyen - $96,500 (seat 6)

I didn't think much of him eithier.

But as far as Raymer's concerned I don't think it was mistakes that cost him the KK was pretty much just bad luck that crippled him.

As for Ivey, he just picked bad times to make moves it's hard to call them outright mistakes or bad play.

Agreed. Raymer played very well all thoughout the main event I thought and was extremely unlucky to get sucked out on by that donkey Aaron Kanter. As Raymer said to Kanter: "You tried your best to give me all your chips".
