Inventions?

If you could magically have any invention, be it Pleasure Bot or Hypersonic Toaster, what would it be? If you had it would you share it or keep it to yourself?

It can be as mundane or as insane at you want but explain ones that aren't self explainitory.

Personally I'm torn between a replicator from Startrek or some sort of time stopping device. Fun could be had either way. I'd share the replicator and keep the time stopper all for me.

(For those who don't know, a replicator can create anything from food to electronics)

Ive allways imagined that I could have

1) A hover chair - a really cool looking jet powered chair so on a nice summers day you could leave the house and get to where your going in style and comfort. Real Jimmy Neutron stuff. It should go on water too, and should go fast and no limit to height in the sky.

2) A split function - You knows those jobs you hate, but if they dont get done they look terrible. Lets say clean your car in this kind of cold where your fingers want to fall off and run up your arse for warmth, you can use the split function where you split into twins, one (you) can go inside, stick on the heat and watch telly, and the other can wash your car, mow the lawn, and do all the crap stuff.

3) The information superloader - Like the matrix of course, load a disc and upload - "I know Kung Fu...."

I'd have a 'Wish-o-matic 9000 c'. It's a hat you wear with a chip in it that can create unlimited amounts of wishes. Leprechauns use them.

A ZPM (Zero Point Module), it draws apparantly infinate amounts of energy for a finite period of time (SG Atlantis). Just one of those beauties would run the worlds energy demands for a century. (An electric car with one of these would really save money on petrol!)

And a Replicator, perfect for ruining the worlds economies (make your own money).

A pill that would make you invisible, that'd be cool .. just think, being able to walk into a room, nobody knows you're there, you could rob banks, listen in on conversations, find out loadsa inside info, go into the white house and find out whats going on, fly anywhere in the world anytime, jump into the middle of a battle, enjoy luxurious hotel suites, jesus, you could even go into space.
