Does anyone know of a free or Open Source VPN Client for Windows (2000/XP) that will work with an IPCop firewall?

Ideally it should be easy to set-up for end-losers, or allow me to create a config file that I can distribute.

Windows PPTP VPN client does not work.

That's my next port of call. It's not compatible with the built-in VPN server though! :(
I need to add a mod, which is in beta 3 :( So I'm not sure if I want to trust it - stability wise.
