Just found a video of Tony Jaa (ong bak) fighting some very technical capoeira lad. It's not the capoeira I'd use in a fight but it's some great choreography :)

    Enjoy

"Cradle 2 The Grave" with Jet Li sees him fight Randy Couture,Tito Ortiz, and Chuck Liddell.

For an actual Documentary try "Evolution Of A Warrior", I've never seen it and not sure where you could get a copy though!

    http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0450418/plotsummary

You could try to find "Choke" 1999 or "Chop Suey" 2000 which both have Rickson Gracie as himself?

    http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0333488/

Rorion Gracie from advisor on "Lethal Weapon" to actor/cameo.

"The Smashing Machine-Life and Times of Mark Kerr" with Royce Gracie or "The Homecoming Of Jimmy Whitecloud" with both Royce and Rorion Gracie.

I've been told by one of my athletes there's a movie he downloaded called "Burrow 13" or whatever "Burrow 13" is in French that features no only jitz but free running.

And if there's anything that's cooler than jitz it's free running, those dudes are insane.

I was but I wasn't the one with the Birembau. That was an entirely coincidental meeting between me and my favourite member of our Limerick club, Jake. I was the one with very long hair, wearing a hoodie with Ninj4 on it and could be seen variously winning in street fighter, flipping in celebration and later playing (sometimes winning;) ) Guilty Gear X2.

I was also the only person there under the excuse, "My girlfriend dragged me along. No, seriously."

If you saw me playing around on my handstand then that was ne L(

The Pacifier and Mr & Mrs. Smith (although that's more MMA than BJJ)

I was watching an... interesting movie the other night and I swear one of the nice ladies pulled guard on the guy....

Accidental BJJ maybe but I reckon it was better than The Pacifier.
