Finding out what kind of ram I have

How do I know what speed my ram is, like 100, 2700, 3200, etc? All I can find out definatively is that it's Samsung ram...:o Want to upgrade from 4x256 to 3x512... Thanks.

Take it out.... look at the sticker. That'll contain either all the details you're looking for or a number you can google.

EDIT: kdjac's scanner is way smoother. Nice one.
