Can anyone help me out by providing a Sky remote code for my LG RZ-32LZ50 ? Haven't been able to find one online and Sky's Interactive help does not include this model number.

I've tried all the codes quoted on the Sky Interactive help and all the LG ones I could find online and none work.

Someone help me please ? Hate having to use two remotes just to control volume !

    thanks

Have you tried the procedure for the 4 digit code (0056)?
    http://www.satcure.co.uk/tech/digicode.htm

Also, how old is your Sky remote? If it's a relatively old one, it may not be updated enough to control your LCD.

Also, as LG and Philips had soem collaboration for a while in the LCD market, try Philips codes also.

    Good news and bad news...

I have a 28" LG which I believe is similiar to yours (will post model no. when I get home).

Bad news is there is no code that I am aware of that you can enter to control the TV with the Sky remote.

Good news is though is that each button can be programmed individually to work as desired (pain in the arrse, but at least you only have to do it once).

I'll post the instructions and codes when I get home (or after I wake up around 4 this evening)...

I found this about 6 months ago on a site that no lnoger exists (got it from Googles cache).
Luckily enough I saved it - it might be out there somewhere else on the web, but I couldn't find it since. Hope it works for you 32" (worked for my 28")...

This is called the magic key method.
To activate "magic key "make sure you are on tv mode by firstly pressing tv then press yellow and select together, led will flash twice.
Then type 994 then press select now type your three digit code followed by the button you want to assign (i.e to set up button one yellow+select, 994, select, 207, 1 and so on.
See pic below for all known button codes.

according to this site the magic key method does not work on more recent remotes. Mine is 4 years old, but seems to be a rev 6, so no joy for me :(

oh well, guess I gotta stick with my tv remote for changing the volume only. what a pain :(

thanks for the help and suggestions anyway

Perhaps you should just chance a new Sky remote, as these have been updated with codes for more recent televisions.
