Parking meters have to be changed

Apparently, most of the parking meters around the city have to be changed because they are solar powered and placed in dark areass, so they are regularly out of service on wet and dark days.

Thousands of euro more wasted through the incompetence of the same Director of Services in the Council who signed up for the woeful pedestrianisation job and woeful Eyre Square job.

Will he be forced to resign?

    Not a chance.

you mean street parking should be free until about March but I bet the scum traffic wardens and clampers in Galway shine a torch on the solar panels , wait for a faint light to appear and nick everyone in the hood anyway.
