    Thanks Jesus for my beautiful and wonderful baby daughter Sophie Leah, she brings so much joy to me. I love her to bits.

    Thanks God for my good health, my relatively comfortable life, that Quake 4 and some cds arrived today, how good Ryvita crackers taste, and that after only a handful of push-ups and sit-ups, the slight but worrying jiggle of my chest and belly while running has vanished.

    But well, I've had the pleasure of studying some amazing ideas over the last 3 months and if my wife doesn't divorce me for constantly starting conversations without any context, it will be valuable to me for the rest of my life.
