Broadband Router/Firewall with VPN QoS

Does anyone know of a broadband router/firewall that will allow me to prioritise VPN traffic? Either passthrough PPTP to a W2K Server, or IPSEC ?

draytek vigors have all you want.
2600v for dsl
2900 for non DSL

they have built in VPN, QOS and VOIP.
