FTA Card not working???

    Hi just tried to swap cards there to watch the horse racing on Channel 4 but it came up on screen to call broadcaster to upgrade to this channel.
    Has my card become some how blocked or something.
    It was got in London last year and was working fine when last used about a week ago.
    All BBC's and ITV's are working fine but no Cahnnel 4 or 5
    anyone got any ideas????

    Leave it in the box overnight and it will be fine.
