To employers actually look at Monster.ie for CVs?

What your view on these kind of Recruitment Websites?

A friend of mine got a call from a company that saw his cv on monster.ie and he ended up getting the job. I have no personal experience of this though.

Yes, yes they do. I got about 4 calls a month based on my CV on monster, when I wasn't looking for jobs. :)

    irishjobs.ie
    jobs.ie
    monster.ie

the above is the following websites i use.
believe me, if you make sure you have a decent cv and title, you will get phone calls. more than likely from recruitment agencies but on occassions a company will contact you. in the past month ive had about 10 different recruitment agencies contact me.
recruitment agencies pay a daily fee, think in the region of €300, to the likes of monster.ie to receive access to the jobseekers list
