Because the 'GTA Finally out today!!!' thread has decended into a boring nitpick i thought a positive thread should be born.

i think this game kicks ass and i regard it as being a handheld milestone.

so has anyone tried all the multiplayer games?

I've played them, but only in two player, which makes most of the team games pointless. Just Liberty City Survivor and Street Rage are worth playing.

Liberty City Survivor is the most fun I've ever had in a deathmatch type game though, having never got on with boring PC FPS games. It's enormous fun, chasing someone down in your sports car and knocking them off their motorbike, only to have them turn around and fire a rocket at you, and you hope that they miss so you can jump out and try to take them down with your shotgun.

It's just pure fun, was playing for a couple of hours today and we were both laughing non-stop at the constant cat and mouse depending who had what vehicle and what weapon, and lots of crazy kamikaze stunts. It might sound like having a whole island with just two players is way too big, but your both on eachother's radar and with plenty of fast transport available it works great. I've played it more than the one player.

I'm pretty sure there is no game sharing.

There is no game sharing, I've tried it. Now I just have to wait for my friend to get some dough to buy it. Can't wait for Multiplayer.

Does it matter if I have a USA version and my friend has a UK version?

No, not at all. The regional rule does not apply for a PSP game, thats only for movies.

    Wrong

I'm not 100% sure if different region GTA's will not work but for any games I've tried from different regions they didn't link up.

Well, I'm just going with information that I got a million times before, so I might be wrong but thats what I'm going with.

Got to Island 2 the other day. It's nice to finally have some good cars to play around with. The Faggio scooter is cool too

You can't do gamesharing between the US and European GTA.

    It's crap I know.

    Great game otherwise though...
