BJJ Workshop-Limerick

    UL Kickboxing will be hosting a BJJ workshop with John Kavanagh on Tuesday 29th November.
    It will be starting at 7.00pm sharp and will run for 3 hours. There should also be some time afterwards to spar with others in attendance if people wish. The venue is the Old Sports Building (PESS Building) in the University of Limerick, the cost is €25.

    Oh and by the way, everytime we have John out to do a seminar in UCD everybody leaves not only with a better understanding of their zhoo zhitsu game but they're pumped to get back on the mats.
