I've been asked to pass on a message that anyone who wants to play in the MCM free entry tonight needs to d/l the software and create an alias in the next hour (until 2pm).

I estimate about 80 runners for tonight so its well worth it imho!

A quick, and undoubtedly stupid, question:

What do you have to do to enter this freeroll comp? Do you simply download the all-in software and register a name, or do you also have to submit credit card details etc?

you can play without any money in the bank but you wont be able to rebuy etc.

Its too late for today but you can still play tomorrow.

It is a Free entry tournament with $50 re-buys and a $50 top up. The top 16 go through from each heat (one tonight, one tomorrow). The final 32 will then play a final for the ticket worth $30,000. The final has no re-buys and everyone starts with the same chips. The overlay is huge unless 300 players have a re-buy and top up which is seriously unlikely as only around 300 or so may even be eligible.

Damn it sounds good and i can't play :mad:

About 160 players are eligible (ie: on Peter's downline and already have downloaded the client and set up an alias).

I estimate that about 80 will show up so the overlay is pretty good alright. Peter Roche is putting up the ticket but I've been watching him playing on the site for the last week and he's made double that in that time, the b*stard!

registered to play on my work pc, (bold i know). nice one ready to play when i got home. i'm at home now and the feckin sotware won't download. Can someone whose playin watch my poor unattended stack.......

Edit. By jove i've cracked it got the software downloaded, see you at the tables.

I downloaded and created an alias before 2pm it says it's invite only and i cannot register at this time, but i got mail to say i was in peter roche's downline

any ideas?

same problem that i'm getting (although i registered at approx 1:55pm, so i may have been far too close to the line!). Anyway, great that all the pros are using up their chance tonight - tomorrow is going to be so much easier!

Okay, there's the solution to the problem - you have to be on Peter's downline? I signed up through oscar's link - does that mean i can't play at all?

Oscar is on Peter's downline so everyone he invited is too.

You need to have registered with the website, downloaded the software and created an alias. If you can sit down at a table you are ready to go for the freeroll.

A new invite list will be submitted for tomorrow's game so you have a second chance to register now.

Sorry about the short notice, Prima kinda sprung this restriction at last minute apparently.

reg starts at 2pm for it I think, try then and if you cant reg then mail support or amp is in the fitz signing up people he might be able to sort you out.

Maybe you need to play a raked hand??? - I certainly had no problem yesterday.... Was anyone actually able to log in yesterday without playing any hands or depositing???

this is what i've just done and it worked....
go to www.pokerbizz.com re-download the software from there link. start the software from the new download log in and register. Bingo

Following a phone call to the person dealing with problems relating to joining the free roll today I found out a vital little snippet of info. Apparently the list of eligible players was created at 10.30am in order for Prima to set it up restricted to those players. If you had not downloaded the poker software and set up an alias by then, unfortunately you will not be able to play.
