Task manager options gone?

Had to ctrl/alt/delete out of something earlier today as game wasnt responding.So now I notice that when the Task Manager comes up all that does show is the processes.The applications and networking and other options at top of Task Manager are all gone... Anyone any ideas as to why? Running a virus scan now just to see if…

Double click on part of the grey border-kind of area (not on the processes themselves, like)
