Other Channels Problem

I have added ITV 1, 2 & 4 via Other Channels to all my boxes. Problem is every time I go to view them on the Sky + box via Other Channels all of the channels I previously added are gone and Other Channels is empty.

I have had no problem on the other two boxes.

Any ideas?

Hi PoolDude,
Are you using interactive services on the one box thats giving you trouble?. I have found that if you go into active services, your other channels are wiped. A ploy by sky built into the last update to make viewing itv and bbc difficult prehaps?

PoolDude, how many channels do you have saved in your "other channels"?

Probably had about 15 - 20 stations but since I have been adding them back have only added 4 and they are still disappearing.

I did use Box Office yesterday to purchase Prem Plus match but it has happened before this aswell.

wizard1, I often "press the red button", and have never had your problem with channels stored in "other channels".

Mine disappear also from my Sky+ box from time to time. I only have 6 or 7 channels stored and dont use the interactive service.

Could they disappear if using digital text?
