Taking notes live

    Anybody here takes notes on other players/hands played, etc during live tourneys. I've never seen anyone do it in my room, but I've seen the like of Phil Ivey, etc do it on tv. I'm thinking of doing it, but without names, it might be useless ("fat guy in red top bet half stack on draw")

    Most of the time Phil Ivey isn't taken notes on players he's taken a note of his stack size after each round.

    Tournys you do see him taken notes are ones were he could be at the same table with most of the same players for several hours with most live tounrys here your moved around too much to make it worthwhile imo

    no u may not.
    but you can ask him to empty his pockets on the table and then laugh at his collection of minty fluff.

    Are you allowed to record everyone with a video camera for tells? :)
