4 x £1. Will be shocked when someone posts that they got £10.

Still, makes the cheap CDs and DVDs even cheaper.

    Cheers, rubadub!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 626 ✭✭✭Ro-76

I did >100 (anyname@mydomain gets to my inbox) all £1!

I wonder if they use IP addresses to prevent multiple addresses from the same computer?

I'd say they must, to stop the likes of yourself setting up your own shop stocked with free dvds!
    Nice try though

follow the link in the email and you might notice that everything costs 1 pound less than usual, i.e U"'s album is 7.99 instead of 8.99! If you have a wow voucher from another promotion or a gift voucher you can include that to get another discount.

Are you sure? If you have a voucher fair enough you can combine a discount and a legit voucher, but if you have 2 free codes or whatever don't they *usually* catch two discounts and send you an e-mail about it? Maybe that's not what you meant but that's what I had heard.

Well perhaps ... there was a thread here a few months ago about combining this style of offer with a £1 discount code to get 2 pounds off. It worked at that time but it may not anymore ...

(the thread was in october http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=194015 )

You can combine them. I have read that they can refuse you but I got my live aid for €21.75 which was 10% off and then a further £1. I have another 2 dispatched and another I just ordered now using the sainsbury link from the email and on of my 5 £1 vouchers which can be got here

    http://www10.cd-wow.com/promotion.php?promo_refcode=14385_1&affid=14

some days the links dont seem to work so try later if that doesnt work.

if you are buying anything over £10 you are better off using the 10% off link which may still be working. and then get a further £1 off with vouchers
    this is it

both are working at the moment so hurry!

Thanks for the 10% link - between that and the strength of the euro I saved around 4.50 on "Now 59".... people should note that you have to click to activate the discount.

Enter one of the £1 voucher codes you got via email from CDWOW into the 'E-voucher' text field when ordering. The £1 voucher codes are 'E-vouchers'

    Hope this helps,

How did you get live aid for that? It is £27.89 with the 10% reduction and then £1 off would make it £26.89

    region 1 was £17.99 a while ago.

can be got for $28 here which is €21 before the banks screw you http://www.dvdpacific.com/item.asp?ID=624343

cool, I got it Region 1 from Norway for €23, but that has gone up as well.
btw, I have entered 10 emails for that link and got all £1 vouchers.

Very handy... However, is it me or is the 10% discount only applied to the first item you add to your basket... then the prices go back up when you continue shopping. I've tried it a couple of times with different items - the first one gets a discount but the others are normal price.

Guess you just have to order items individually?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,386 ✭✭✭✭rubadub

Yeah I noticed that too. But you should be doing that anyway! since you can get £1 of each order every time instead of 10% off the lot and only using 1 £1 voucher.

Sorry, I must be missing something. I can't get these two offers to work together. Can someone please explain it step by step for the ones in the cheap seats?

    Thanks in advance.

Thx for the links - both are still operational. I managed to do some of my Xmas shopping for cheaper...which is always a great thing.

I used the 10% off link for the Star Wars Trilogy. Great idea.

    Thanks again.

get the vouchers first and copy one of them to clip board from your email or just write it down.

click on the 10% link and then click on
"Click here to activate your discount and continue shopping!"

now pick your item and go to check-out
    now click on
    "Redeem Gift Voucher"
paste or type in your voucher code in the
"E-Voucher No" box and press go

Doh! I was using the first link at the start of this trend and now the one further down.
    Cheers,

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,386 ✭✭✭✭rubadub

The first (sainsbury) link is better for items under £10 since it knocks £1 off (i.e. more than 10%) then you can use the voucher from the "5 voucher" link to get a further £1 off at the end.

you get 5 x £1 evouchers for CD Wow
    http://www10.cd-wow.com/promotion.php?promo_refcode=14385_1&affid=14 385

Also there is another address where you get £1 off their standard prices as opposed to the 75p off site...
    http://www9.cd-wow.com/?affid=12656&pp_nr=1
prices are automatically shown as £1 cheaper

Follow the second link and use one of the above 1£ off tokens... 2£ off straight away...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,386 ✭✭✭✭rubadub

Right, now there are £2.00, £1.00, 50p and 25p vouchers to be had

    http://www3.cd-wow.com/promotion.php?promo_refcode=14722_1

wonder if anybody will get a £2

the sainsbury links in my emails are still working fine, seems to be no end to them, just keep clicking and getting £1 off, of course never buy more than one item at a time as the prices all go up £1 when you click it

I just entered 9 emails to that link, 8x50p and 1x25p, useless again...
